General inquiries
Use public contact pathways for general questions about Annuvera, the website, planned capabilities, and publication readiness.
Merchant inquiries
Merchants may ask about future merchant services, payments, treasury readiness, support workflows, and beta interest. Do not submit production payment credentials.
Partner/API inquiries
Partners may ask about future API platform capabilities, provider readiness, regional money movement foundations, and enterprise collaboration tracks.
Beta waitlist inquiries
Consumer, merchant, and partner/API beta questions should use the beta waitlist or contact path. Joining the waitlist does not create a financial account and beta access is not guaranteed.
Privacy and account deletion inquiries
Privacy questions and waitlist removal requests should include enough information to locate the relevant inquiry record, such as name and email address. Do not submit identity documents.
Security reports
Security reports may describe the issue at a high level. Do not include secrets, credentials, tokens, raw card data, banking information, or sensitive personal identifiers in public forms.
Company registration status
Annuvera is preparing future platform capabilities and company readiness. Any Delaware/company registration, licensing, regulatory, or production availability status should be confirmed through reviewed publication materials before launch.
