Beta and waitlist support
For Consumer Beta, Merchant Beta, and Partner/API Interest questions, use the beta waitlist and contact pathways. Beta access is not guaranteed and may be limited, staged, or invite-only.
Merchant inquiry support
Merchants may ask about future merchant services, payment workflows, settlement visibility, reconciliation readiness, and operational support planning without submitting payment credentials or production secrets.
Partner/API inquiry support
Partners and API evaluators may ask about future platform capabilities, API interest, provider governance, and enterprise readiness while Annuvera remains prelaunch.
Security and privacy support
Security, privacy, account deletion, and publication questions should be routed through the Contact page while formal support and security channels are prepared.
App readiness support
The mobile app experience remains beta-planning oriented. Future app support should cover navigation, account readiness, known limitations, feedback intake, and issue triage before production availability.
Response expectations
Annuvera may review inquiries as part of prelaunch planning, but this page does not create a guaranteed response time, production support SLA, or regulated support commitment.
